Public Information Center
Concept Development
A Public Information Center (PIC) was held from July 15 through July 28, 2024, during the Concept Development Phase of the project. The comment period is now closed. For reference, below is the presentation from that PIC.
Preliminary Engineering
A Public Information Center was held from September 8 through September 21, 2025, during the Preliminary Engineering Phase of the project. The comment period is now closed. For reference, below is the presentation from that PIC.
